The DVD shows 19 recommended dances demonstrated by Primary school children. It also gives ideas on how to get your class ‘warmed up’ for their dance lesson and includes a chapter on how to do the basic steps used in Irish dancing. In addition, there is a chapter on how to create your own folk dance with your class.
